All Items purchased from Arctic Outdoors before 12pm are dispatched the same working day. If you order after 12pm, your items will be dispatched the following working day. Any orders over £100 will automatically receive free shipping.
Delivery services we use are: 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For, TNT and UK Mail.
Option 1, £7.20. For goods under 2kg and / or below £50 in value (and non-chemical) will go via 1st class recorded Royal mail. Delivery is 1 to 2 working days.
Option 2, £14.40. For goods over 2kg but below 50kg, (and non-chemical) will go via TNT express next working day service*
Option 3, £14.40. For all chemical orders, they will be shipped via UK Mail next working day Service*
Option 4, £114.00. For any large orders over 50kg, these will be shipped via a pallet on a 2-3 working day service.
*Next day service can be delayed for offshore and Highland services.
Returns / Incorrect Items / damages
We take every step necessary to ensure our returns process is as simple as possible and efficient. We aim to keep our customers happy, and if for any reason you are not happy with your product, you are perfectly entitled to return it to us. See returns conditions below.
Returns: Goods must be unused / still sealed and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods will be inspected and a credit issued for the goods returned, excluding the freight. Please return the goods with a copy of the corresponding invoice and a valid contact number. We aim to have credits processed within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our Returns address is:

Incorrect Items: If for any reason the items that arrive do not match what you have ordered, you must report this to Arctic Spas within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Depending on the problem we may issue a replacement part, organise a swap out of the item or issue a refund.
Damages: For any damaged goods, these need to be noted with the freight (unsigned) company upon delivery and reported to Arctic Spas within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We may ask for images of the damages which can be emailed to email@example.com before proceeding with a replacement or refund. Please note that goods accepted and signed for cannot be considered for replacement.
