Ideal spa calcium hardness levels are between 100 - 200mg/l (ppm). If your hardness level is below 100mg/l (ppm) use 23g of Arctic Hardness Plus per every 1,500 litres of water.

Run your pumps for 30 minutes and test the hardness again. If the level is still too low, repeat the process.
